Principal and Operations Manager
Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in business law. She is a licensed Community Association Manager and also holds the CMCA and AMS credentials. Alongside property management, Marsha has worked as a controller in business and construction, in accounting, and in early childhood education, all of which complement her role in the management industry.

Craig became active in the industry in 2010. He holds an associate degree in general studies, is licensed by the state as a Community Association Manager, and has earned the CMCA and AMS credentials. His extensive experience in the construction industry and as a business owner prepared him to manage each association’s finances while directing maintenance operations.
Manager
Lisa joined our team in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Criminalistics, an Associate of Science, and an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology. Lisa is detail-oriented about covenant compliance and always striving to be the best she can be. She has lived in a homeowners association for over 20 years, which gives her a real understanding of what works best for residents and the community.
Manager
John joined our team in 2018. Originally from New York, he has been in Colorado for 20 years and has lived in a homeowners association for just as long. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and has been involved in community association operations and management for over 20 years, with a proven track record of using strategic vision and organizational accountability to deliver results. John builds strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and employees.
Manager
Christie joined CPMS in 2023. She is an alumna of Colorado State University, where she earned a degree in education, and successfully transitioned her career into management. We are fortunate she chose CPMS. Christie is studying to take the CMCA exam.
Manager and Customer Service
Tina joined the team in November 2018. As our customer service representative, she makes sure your questions and requests reach the right team member. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor welcome every client. Tina is studying for the state community association manager exam.
Accounts Receivable Manager
Tiffany came aboard in 2016 as our accounts receivable accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and has worked in the accounting industry since 1999. Her wide range of experience makes her well trusted in both the accounting community and property management.
Accounting Manager
Jennifer joined our team in 2016 as our accounts payable accountant. She entered the accounting field over 30 years ago and has specialized in HOA accounting since 2000. Her experience makes her a valued member of our team.
Certified Arborist
Before earning his arborist certification, Logan gained extensive experience as an HOA manager while completing his Bachelor of Science in Business at Colorado State University. His professional, friendly demeanor is appreciated by all of our clients, and having a certified arborist on our family-owned and operated team is a real asset to the communities we manage.
Customer Service Representative
Lucia first joined CPMS in 2018 and returned after time away caring for her children. She now manages the HOA pools and recreation facilities CPMS is contracted to maintain. She is a proven customer service professional whose caring attitude shines in every interaction.
Consultant and Real Estate Broker
Audri graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, then attended Montana State, playing volleyball and furthering her education in psychology. After growing up in the industry, she became a managing residential and commercial real estate broker. We draw on her knowledge as a consultant to help take CPMS to the next level.
